VOIDAPrivacy Policy
Voida is a camera app made for focusing on the shot. All photos and videos you capture are processed entirely on your device. Your photos are never sent to our servers or any third-party server.
01Basic Policy
pakuvision ("we") sets out this privacy policy regarding the handling of user information in the iOS app "Voida" ("the App"). We handle only the minimum information necessary to maintain and improve the quality of the App, and we collect no other information.
02Information We Collect
The information the App sends externally is limited to the following three types. None of it identifies you as an individual.
(1) Crash Information
Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC)Crash logs from unexpected app terminations, along with diagnostic information such as device model and OS version. Used to investigate and fix bugs.
(2) Usage Information
Firebase Analytics (Google LLC)Statistical information about how the App is used, such as which filters are applied and how often features are used. Used to improve features and prioritize development. No advertising ID is collected, and the data is recorded in a form that cannot identify individuals.
(3) Purchase Information
RevenueCat, Inc.Receipt information for managing App Store purchases and subscriptions, along with an anonymous app user ID. Used to verify and restore purchase status. We never collect your name or credit card information.
03Information We Do Not Collect
The following information is processed entirely on your device and is never sent externally.
- Photos and videos you capture (all image processing, including depth analysis and filter application, is completed on your device)
- Location data (used only to record Exif information in your device's photo library; it is never sent externally)
- Contacts, name, email address, and other personal information
04Purpose of Use
The information we collect is used only for the following purposes.
- Detecting and fixing bugs
- Improving features and prioritizing development
- Managing and restoring purchases and subscriptions
05Provision to Third Parties
To the extent necessary to achieve the purposes above, we use services from the following providers located in a foreign country (the United States), and information is processed on these providers' servers. We do not provide information to any third parties other than these.

06About Tracking
The App does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not track users across other companies' apps or websites in any way. There are no advertisements.
07Retention and Deletion
Collected information is stored according to the retention periods set by each service provider and is automatically deleted after those periods. Once you delete the App, no new information is collected. If you wish to delete information already recorded, please contact us at the address below.
08Changes to This Policy
This policy may be revised in response to changes in laws or features. If there are significant changes, we will announce them on this page.
